I highly recommend scheduling a prenatal preparation consult as the first step. This session, allows us to meet before delivery to discuss a personalized feeding plan, review health history, and ensure you’re set up for success from day one. Establishing this relationship early helps me provide seamless support once you’re back home from the hospital.
